5th September 2013; Variety Show!?
Today’s lesson was a blast. It all felt like a variety show! We were given this list with photos we had to take according to the perimeters. We had to ask total strangers for photos. Be it their weird crazy shoes, having done make up and playing dead just to name a few. It was all very embarrassing. Having these weird/awkward requests. But after all was set and done. Looking back, we had so much fun. I believe we all did.
This was the list that we were given!
Objectives:
- Someone eating ice-cream
- A pair of crazy interesting show
- A dragon (it’s in NAFA)
- A red emergency fire phone
- A bird, cat, dog or any kind of animal with one of us in it
- A photo with a total stranger of the opposite gender
- The number 24/7 (hint: it’s somewhere near school near a small orange building)
- A plant with you beside
- A small rock
- Playing dead on an interesting pavement, ground, place of environment
- A picture with three of us in mid air
- A mannequin with us beside
- Someone with nice make up
- A red car
- A zebra crossing
A few of the harder ones were to find an actual animal and taking a photo of it. But it was shortly solved when we stumbled across a vending machine with a “rabbit” on it. The stranger one was tough too. But we actually just got the security guards at the campus to help us with that. The one that we had to take with the plant was weird too! But we had the security guards that were walking past, to have our photos taken! Poor Security guards, keeping the school safe while having to aid us with our school tasks!
Earned this today: Magnum! Hasn’t had a treat in ages! Definitely not in the midst of a lesson! (Not that we were asked to buy one. But it was just weird going around asking for photos of people having ice cream!) *Buys and ice cream = win-win situation! *
